BREAKING: Aston Villa have made an £18m offer, plus add-ons, for Southampton defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis.

Villa are stepping up their search for a new centre-back as Ezri Konsa closes in on a £51m move to Arsenal, with further add-ons included. The 28-year-old underwent his medical on Thursday morning.

According to The Athletic, Harwood-Bellis is one of three central defenders Villa are currently considering as they look to replace Konsa.
