In today's episode I chat with former world elite level amateur boxer Adrian Patterson. Adrian enjoyed incredible success as an amateur boxer, most notably having won 10 Irish titles, a silver medal at the 1996 Commonwealth Championships in South Africa and having competed at the 1994 Commonwealth games in Canada. Adrian now takes that knowledge and those experiences, and shares it with the next generation of Irish amateur boxers as a Boxing coach. In 2019 Adrian was recognised for this outstanding contribution to boxing and coaching by the Irish Amateur Boxing Association. Adrian lives with his wife and son in Newry.
