Ep.42 This is a personal story. I thought about not sharing, but then I realized that maybe other people might benefit from it.  

My story has a happy ending, but I know many people who have a similar story with a not-so-happy ending. I have much greater empathy for those people now.

One thing I didn't mention is the thoughts around my family and that was purposeful. I would've started crying (again) and not been able to get through the story, so I kept it surface level with job stuff. I did almost start, but caught myself.
