Many athletes are susceptible to confidence issues and performance anxiety.
If you’re one of them, some (or much) of the following will apply to you:
You’re agreeable. You work very hard, you buy into the program, and you do
what the coaches ask. You’re tactful - you know how not to offend your
teammates and coaches, and you avoid conflict and confrontation. A desire
to be liked by your teammates and to please coaches makes you a good
teammate and a coachable player, but your concern might also cause you to
fear making mistakes and taking necessary risks.
