hello and welcome back to another episode of the #AsTold podcast! today i’m getting a bit vulnerable and talking about loneliness, love and relationships as well as things i wish i knew and advice for people who want to get back out there. obviously this advice is subjective and not all-encompassing - and to a certain extent you just have to let me cook because this is a note to self more than it is anything else. let us all be brave and discerning enough to love again, only when it is good for us.
