Your Fourth of July plans may include parades, pool parties, cookouts or the Peachtree Road Race. Tricia Hersey plans to celebrate with a nice, long nap. The founder of The Nap Ministry, Hersey is known to many as a champion of rest. Some even call her the Nap Bishop. Hersey dreamed up The Nap Ministry while a divinity student at Emory University's Candler School of Theology.
