Joy shares that leaders must take accountability but employees in the music industry must also have strong boundaries. Cheslea speaks on power dynamics with bosses and workers as well as how the music industry isn't run like a real business.
'Soft Spaces' wasn't recorded due to a technical error so Joy gives a solo update. Joy talks about feeling good at work, choosing Dance/House as a genre and taking a pause on scaling JCD Investment Group. Joy encourages listeners to keep moving the culture forward with conversation.
