This concept feels like such a lofty task considering how deeply meaningful each episode was for me but seeing that the first installment of this letter is in May, it only feels fitting that I pick the episode that had a profound impact on not just me, but many of you who are navigating their own challenging and unique relationships with your mothers. Today I share with you my very raw, vulnerable and mixed feelings about Mother’s Day. This letter was particularly difficult for me write for but I have no doubt that it healed some parts of me and that it may do the same for you, should you be willing.
