From a cocktail waiter, he took on a job as a barista in manly to make a change in his life… from there, Sean stalked his way into learning how to roast for Single Origin in Sydney.

As roasting is not the easiest art to learn, Sean explains how he approached the world of specialty coffee and how his hunger to learn more pushed him to travel and discover the hardship of coffee farming first hand.
