Our motivation is about God and not about ourselves.

1 Cor. 13:4-7 Qualities of love –

– is patient, kind;

-is not jealous, does not brag, is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly, does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness;

-does rejoice in the truth, bears all things, believes all things [according to the Scriptures], hopes all things, endures all things, never fails

Rom. 5:5 Love is shed abroad in our hearts.

Gal. 5:13 Through love, serve one another

Recently, we were told that love of God is not a feeling.

John 13:33 – 35 New commandment is to love as Jesus loved.
