Kirsten is joined by winemaker and “supertaster" CP Lin from Christchurch. Originally from Taiwan, he moved to New Zealand as a young teenager, and after studying math and engineering he turned to winemaking. For 16 years he worked for Waipara’s Mountford Winery and ensured their international fame. He's well travelled, loves wine, Cuban cigars, coffee and cooking delicious food.
