Another episode of FTN on deck. HB, Fronk, and recent practice squad call up Amir discuss all three of their teams losing this past depressing weekend. Fronk throws the ultimate curveball and decides to record directly inside his kitchen. Browns somehow have momentum. (But a Covid storm may have stopped that, not recorded) it’s honestly anyones race at this point, and this episode def shows that. HB and Fronk are back to recap a wild week 11, which saw 3 of 4 teams in the North get a much needed W. HB loves that the Bengals are in the thick of it this late in the season. Fronk loves the grit the Ravens have shown this year and feels like it’s a testament to the Ravens organization as a whole. He maps out a doomsday scenario in which the Ravens have the division locked up by Week 14. Both HB and Fronk see the Browns fading because of Baker and the Steelers staying in contention because of their defense. We discuss our favorite Thanksgiving sides and go through contenders in the AFC moving forward. Fronk is watching the MNF game and consistently gives updates on big plays as the episode progresses. We give 2 special birthday shoutouts this week! (Brice and #1 Fan Leslie Franklin) We go over this week’s huge slate of AFC north games, which undoubtedly will start to see one or two teams separate. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and get ready for this final push to the playoffs.

Solo session featuring Fronk as he catches everyone up on the latest happenings in the North.  Goes team by team projecting how he thinks the division is going to stack up.  Absolutely no bias from this man.  He does ponder: are the Patriots for real?!  He's not totally sold, but he doesn't like how they are trending in recent weeks.  Wraps it up with contender or pretender segment for the entire AFC.

We're BAAAAAACKKKKKK.  After two weeks of audio woes, the FTN crew returns, albeit short handed with Fronk and HB the only ones currently not on IR.  We recap the last few weeks and talk about previously recorded episodes that unfortunately will never get released. Moving on, Fronk and HB discuss the division and how the Bengals straight up blew it.  Ravens all of a sudden wake up in first place after the bye.  OBJ wants out? Fronk tries to convince HB it's gonna be alright because hope is actually a good thing when you're a fan. We update everyone on the picking contest. More back and forth banter of course.  Feels good to be back! Who will become King in the North?

Jamie returns and all is right in the world.  An audio sharing mishap causes a super delay of game for the pod.  Regardless, like a good team this podcast crew makes adjustments and get back on track.  Fronk officially announces Lamar Jackson's MVP campaign.  HB sees the Lions as a tougher challenge than at first glance, but he is confident in a Who Dey win! Loren calls for a big game from Baker or else he thinks Cleveland might have to reconsider their long term plan at QB1.  Jamie creates a new pick'em strategy: pick the Steelers and fade the rest of the division; we will see how that works out for him.  The games have already concluded so have some fun with this one!

Ready for MNF?! Well the boys took an impromptu bye week so we've got you covered.  Jamie is still mired in the Shadow Realm, while Loren and HB see this week as put up or shut up opportunities.  Fronk is excited to get back in the Bank and rock his purple.  Loren starts to separate himself in the FTN pick'em contest.  Fronk pokes fun at the Steelers rushing attack.  HB brings the heat per usual.  Jamie is still sad and has the platform to prove it.  The season is in full swing!

Boom! WELCOME TO THE SHADOW REALM. Fronk declares this podcast is for 2-win teams at a minimum (Loren and HB agree) and Jamie has been sent there to do his own thing until the Steelers get that elusive second win (end of the episode). That means it’s the 2-1 boys taking over episode 8 of FTN. Fronk thinks the Ravens are the best TV show out right now. Loren sees complimentary football being played in Cleveland and loved what he saw from fashion icon OBJ. HB declares that the Bengals are here to stay and that they are not the same old Bungals. Justin Tucker is obviously the GOAT at kicking and Fronk sheds a little light on his dominance over Detroit. We preview next week with our picking contest heating up. Loren and Fronk do not share a brain as they disagree on their first pick of the season. HB sets up sad boy Jamie time with a declaration that the Steelers are done. So much more as we head into week 4!

Alright everyone, can you believe it’s already week 3? Neither can the guys, but that means football is in full swing so we’re not mad about it. We’re doing things a little bit different on this weeks episode as our local Bengal fan, HB, went lone wolf for real and decided to record a little solo sesh (at the end of the episode) so that means we’re left with Loren, Jamie, and Fronk to pick up the slack. Fair warning--HB REALLY loves Who Dey Nation and submitted what amounted to a 30-minute monologue that would make even Bill Shakespeare blush. Fronk thinks the Ravens win over the chiefs might’ve saved the season. Jamie is nervous about the injuries to the defense and the Steelers offensive line. Loren feels like Cleveland is building momentum. Surprise! We’ve got fantasy football with Coleman. Bringing you up to date on all things AFC north. Is Jamie acting as Big Ben's voodoo doll??? Jamie and Fronk love their fantasy team as their co-managed squad moved to 2-0 over the weekend. Everyone sits at under .500 for their season picks, will someone be able to separate themselves?
