However, a key factor in their decision to stay in the state is the rising cost of homeownership. As we look to the future, we must create opportunities for our children and grandchildren to establish their home here in Utah. This year, the Legislature is working to identify innovative ways to facilitate investments in the housing market and streamline processes to increase housing supply for Utahns.
