How can communities with low voter turnout improve civic engagement from people where they live - especially from young people - in a divided nation with a polarized electorate?
This summer, students from the Class of 2027 at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill - the Morehead-Cain scholars - tackled that question during their visit to Chattanooga, hosted by the Enterprise Center.
They told their stories - and they shared what they learned.
