The men who listened to the podcast 40-55 years asked us to consider sharing some pointers regarding their children aged 18- 30 years.  This is the first part of two that discusses what this age group should be looking out for.  

We get to hear from the men in the podcast, Mutiga Mwongera, Dr Stanley Mukolwe, Musyoki Muindi , and Kevin Kanyottu on how they experienced this year.  Their challenges, experiences, their wins, and successes as well as advice to those in this age bracket.
