Foraging with Dr. Karoline Lange

Listen Later

"Being in nature and being more connected to the environment has made me more whole as a person."

Hosts Tseganesh and David speak with Dr. Karoline Lange about foraging.

About the guest:

Karoline Lange is an internist and primary care physician at Allina. Dr. Lange grew up in Germany and completed medical school in Goettingen, Germany. Being a dual citizen, she decided to move to Minneapolis for internal medicine residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in 2014 and completed residency in 2017. She enjoys spending time in local parks hiking, mountain biking, and cross country skiing. She loves being in nature with her husband, and she has a particular enthusiasm for getting to know the local flora, fauna and, of course, fungi!
