The kingdom of God is righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. These ought to be the characteristics of Christians gathered in worship, fellowship, and work. Yet, these things and the strengthening, uplifting association which ought to occur when Christians are together at not always experienced. Only the Holy Spirit can produce such a community of believers who forbear with one another.
