There is a great focus on creating diversity amongst our entertainment, as well as our workplaces. As our culture continues to grow and evolve and gain acceptance of every individual in our society, so too must the hierarchy's that lay the foundations of our everyday life.  Is the culture forcing diversity or just a natural progression of enlightenment as we learn to love one another no matter their background.
