The New School is a coaching podcast dedicated to the exploration of new and unique ideas and concepts in coaching and leadership. It's currently documenting a team project in accountability over the course of the 22-23 NCAA Beach Season. It's comes from the recognition that with generational change comes necessary changes in the approach to leading and optimizing performance and personal development. It's mostly an exercise in professional development, but hopefully will produce fresh perspectives on culture, performance, and interpersonal dynamics.
