As co-producer of and co-writer of her first two gold and Grammy nominated releases, suffice to say that Forest launched Kelsea Ballerini's meteoric ride to superstardom, and produced and co wrote her Number One hits including, "Love Me Like You Mean It," "Peter Pan," and "Legends."

Forest talks about  his time with Kelsea producing and writing her hits  on her Grammy nominated album . He shared what she is like in the writing room and the studio. He talks about their strong friendship, his love and admiration for Kelsea,  along with his hurt at not being part of her third project. He also shares his secrets and his stories about writing for Brantley Gilbert and Dylan Scott, and how Taylor Swift loved his work with Kelsea .  He also talks about touring with Brandy Clark,  performing at the Ryman, and realizing his dreams and passions put him right there at the Grand Ole Opry, and how a travel trailer made him a success in Nashville.
