About 24,700 pjs were sold exclusively by Forever 21 in California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, and Michigan. An additional 80 units were sold in Canada.
Stop permitting your children to wear these pajamas. Contact Forever 21 via the email [email protected] or call 1-888-219-4074. For the refund, consumers cut the top and bottom pieces in half, dispose of them, and email a photo of the destroyed garments.
