Men's Ministry Podcast is launching its second season starting with a series on Leadership. We get to hear the leadership insights from Ita Udoaka a seasoned leader in both church and non-church contexts. He has wisdom to share with us so we've laid out several episodes to better equip us from the leadership experience he's gained. 

This first episode looks at the identity of a leader, especially as a person who rejects passivity. So much of our moments of failing to speak up or act come because it's an easy button. We avoid responsibility and culpability by doing or saying nothing. But God has called men to step up and lead out to love others as themselves.
