Delaney Tabron and Matt Offord literally won the lottery - the green card lottery in New Zealand which allowed them to move to the United States. However, their luck seemed to run short when Delaney was diagnosed with HER2+ ER+ breast cancer. What followed was a test of their strength as a couple, as well as a roller coaster of challenges with America's health insurance system and having a support system on the other side of the globe.
