About Josh Legare:
Josh Legare is a proud Army Veteran, small business owner, real estate investor, and your local Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agent. Over the course of two years, he has purchased 4 Airbnb and 2 BRRRR’s (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, & Repeat). He has experience with everything from VA loans to personally using hard money lenders.
Josh was born in Tampa, Florida, but raised in the small town of Glen Burnie, Maryland. In 2010, he graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor’s of Science and immediately commissioned into the United States Army as an infantryman.
Over the course of his 11 year military career, he served in a myriad of positions to include platoon leader in South Korea, company commander in Italy, and Ranger Instructor where he currently lives in Florida.
In 2021, after discovering passive income and falling in love with real estate, Josh started a short-term rental business. He has now been a short-term rental and Turo host for almost two years!
