Mark 11:25 (KJV)

25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

Holding on to bitterness and unforgiveness blocks you from moving forward in your life.  It hinders answers to your prayers and as we all know by now it can also cause sickness and disease in your body. 

If you had known better, you would have done things differently.  Forgive yourself.  God has forgiven you if you’ve asked Him too and If haven’t make sure you do so immediately so you can move on.
