One of the most profound spiritual practices there are to set us free to be in that ever-expanding love, peace, joy, harmony, wholeness and abundance is forgiveness.

Forgiveness is often mistaken to mean that we condone or say that what another did or did not do is okay, so that we can all make up and be friends again. But that is not at all what forgiveness is about.

I invite you to join me as we explore this powerful forgiveness prayer to help us set ourselves free regardless of what we did or did not do.

As promised, here is the actual prayer:

I forgive you (add the name of the individual in question)

I release my stories around what should and should not be.

My forgiveness of you is total and complete, and I now see you as God sees you.

I see you as a unique, perfect, whole, and complete being of Light and Love.

I am free, and you are free.

All is well between us.

All is well between our Souls
