Jesus is not ruling over the clouds as mostly portrayed in pictures and videos but he rules over the entire Heavens and on Earth and all other creatures.  It’s a complete setup of council of rulers and He’s their leader. 

He has plans, even the healing of the nations and rivers. He presiding over all these wealth for us. He’s the King of Kings and Lord of lords.
