Forgiveness is such a hard thing for so many of us to understand and falls into three main areas:

1. Forgiveness of those that ask for it. How does a true request for forgiveness look and how should we respond?
2. Forgiveness of those who don’t ask for it. What about those people that we feel have wronged us but have not asked for forgiveness or may not even feel like they have done us harm?

And what might be the most important area of forgiveness is

1. Forgiving ourselves. We can often struggle with forgiving ourselves for our past mistakes or the opportunities that we let pass us by. Not forgiving ourselves is a hindrance to future progress.
