In this episode you will learn a little more about me while I explain my perspective on forgiveness and how we as a people especially the strong person to forgive yourself. I forgive others. I truly do. That's why I can move forward. However, I really didn't realize how much I didn't forgive me. In so many situations I started to get choked up but stopped because this could have gone for another hour but just let me know what you think. I'm a work in progress....
