Journal Prompts - Forgiveness

* Reflect on a past grievance or emotional burden that you’ve been holding onto. How has carrying this weight affected your daily life and relationships? Write about the feelings that arise when you think about letting go of this burden.

* During the meditation, you practised heart-opening affirmations. Which affirmation resonated most with you, and why? How can you incorporate this affirmation into your daily routine to nurture ongoing healing and self-compassion?

* Think about a person with whom you have unresolved conflict or lingering hurt. What steps can you take to cultivate compassion and understanding towards them, even if it's just within your own heart? Write about how releasing this grievance might bring you peace.

* Consider a time when you showed yourself compassion and understanding in a difficult situation. How did this self-compassion help you heal? Reflect on how you can extend this same kindness to yourself as you work through current emotional wounds.

* Visualise your life free from past grievances and emotional burdens. How would you feel? What positive changes might occur in your relationships, self-esteem, and overall well-being? Write a letter to your future self, offering encouragement and hope for the healing journey ahead.

These prompts will help with further deep reflection and emotional release, supporting your journey toward healing and inner peace. Happy journaling!
