Write a letter to Life. Tell it the truth—your anger, your questions, your heartbreak.

Then, write a second paragraph beginning with, “And yet…” to express what you’re ready to release.

Reflect on where you’ve placed blame and what it might feel like to trust again.

Whisper: “I forgive life for not going the way I planned. I trust that love still leads me forward.”
