Frank Holleman is the founder of the Fork Ranger initiative, a platform dedicated to educating people on how their food choices can impact climate change and providing practical ways to eat more sustainably through recipes and information. Nearly 60% of food waste starts in our homes, with 1/5th of all food produced each year squandered or lost before it can be consumed. This is the equivalent to one billion - billion with a B - meals - per day - !! Information like this can feel so overwhelming but one person can make a difference especially if that one person inspires others to follow suit.
