When Jean-Robert de Cavel arrived in Cincinnati 22 years ago, the dining scene was remarkably different than it is today. From working at the dearly departed Maisonette to opening his own restaurants, de Cavel has had a front row seat to the city's food transformation. We sat down with him at his restaurant, Jean-Robert's Table, and talked about his experience in Cincinnati.
