On today’s episode we’re playing new music sent up from Brazil. ‘Locks’ bandleader Felipe Gabriel recently shot us some stuff to check out from the new record ‘Formas em Tempo’. The album explores a number of experimental, rock-derivative sounds without the commitment of being tied into any one kind of specific style. They shift between a variety of both vocal and instrumental tracks, mixing a nice palette of textures & effects with varying time signatures and modal / atonal licks.
