Former Army Captain Kim Adams is on the podcast today. Kim grew up the daughter of a retired Major General in the Army. After graduating high school in Lafayette, Colorado, she attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. There, she enrolled in the Army Reserve Officer’s Training Corps, CU’s own ROTC “Buffalo Battalion”. She graduated in 1989 with a BS in Transportation and Distribution Management and was also commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army’s Transportation Corps. Her Officer Basic Course (OBC) was at Ft. Eustis, VA. Her first assignment was to NATO Support Activity, Brussels, Belgium. She exited active duty in 1992.
