Twitter Deputy General Counsel James Baker, also a former FBI General Counsel, has been fired by Elon Musk for handling sensitive Twitter files without authorization. Some speculate that he may have edited the files in addition to playing a role in the 2020 censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story from New York Post. This revelation came immediately before Elon Musk was set to release a second batch of Twitter files, via journalists Matt Taibbi and Bari Weiss, on Twitter
