In episode 12, we welcome former footballer Fraser Franks on to the show.

Fraser made over 250 football league appearances for clubs including AFC Wimbledon, Luton Town, Stevenage and Newport County.

Following his premature retirement from football, he struggled with alcohol, but following counselling became sober on 1 August 2021.

Franks is an ambassador for Alcohol Change UK and together with lawyer Matt Himsworth, runs mentoring firm B5 Consultancy.
