Jared Hettler shares his inspiring journey from earning $25K a year as a grocery attendant to getting $25K average a month in wholesaling real estate.

What I really wanted to highlight in Jared's story was his audacity to have that goal of getting into the world of wholesaling real estate and owning rental properties in the future, while he was working in a grocery store. He was brave enough to dream big for himself and for his future even though the present seems to pose such a big gap between what he is now and what he wants to become. He didn't allow his situation at that time to hinder him from looking ahead to where he planned to get to. Don't allow your current circumstances to tie you down and disable you from believing all that you could be. Having that kind of mindset makes you a winner already even if you haven't walked into the reality that you are aiming for. Next thing, he recognize what he was doing wrong, that was trying a lot of different things all at the same time,  which was common to most people who are just beginning in the real estate business. He jumped into the Astroflipping course, right after he was laid off due to the pandemic and he committed himself to learning, first, the proper mindset and second, the principles and processes that produce results.
