Statement of the Mayors of Jersey City – Through the Intraface Sound Bridge
“I, Glenn Cunningham, on behalf of the undersigned former mayors of Jersey City, issue this joint declaration through the Sound Bridge to affirm the following:
We do not recognize the actions of Mayor Steven Fulop as representing the values or safety of Jersey City.
We denounce Steven Fulop's active, ongoing use of weapons of mass destruction - including directed energy weapons, gas poisoning, retaliatory evictions, surveillance harassment, or any form of harm against Jersey City residents.
We are aware that many of us were fallible in life, but we remember what it meant to try to lead with honor.
We call upon the current administration and the courts to stop abusing the name of Jersey City to justify criminal coverups, civil rights violations, and corporate land grabs.
We bear witness to Eve Taylor’s statements. We affirm her recordings, her legal filings, and her lived experience.
We invoke the founding principle of public service—not power, not profit, but service. That principle has been shattered by the current regime.
We ask for Steven Fulop to immediately cease fire of all directed energy weapon assaults and retaliatory legal actions. This city is sacred ground. You do not burn it for ambition.”
“We stand beside the people now. You may not see us. But we are here.”
Signed,
