Former NHL defender Rich Pilon joins us tonight live. During his career, Rich played in 631 NHL Games as a member of the New York Islanders, New York Rangers & the St. Louis Blues, in which he accrued over 1,745 Penalty Minutes as one of the NHL’s Tough Guys of the 1990s. We will hear about his trials and tribulations as an NHL player. Together we will go back in time and listen to stories from bud time in New York and St. Louis. Then we look towards the future and discuss how his son Garrett Pilon will fare as a member of the Washington Capitals.
