Former President Trump won every state except for Vermont on Super Tuesday, solidifying his momentum and presumptive nominee status heading towards the 2024 Republican National Convention. The results have left many pundits questioning whether former U.N. Ambassador Haley will remain in the GOP race. Fox News Radio political analyst Josh Kraushaar and Fox News Audio Washington D.C. Correspondent Jared Halpern join the Rundown to give their analysis of former President Trump’s decisive victory on Tuesday, what’s next for former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, and what President Biden must do to persuade voters ahead of a likely Trump-Biden rematch in 2024.

Last year, Michigan school shooter Ethan Crumbley was sentenced to life in prison without parole for killing four classmates in 2021. In a first-of-its-kind case, a jury will decide if both parents are at fault. His mother, Jennifer Crumbley, was convicted last month and could face up to fifteen years in prison. Her husband, James Crumbley, goes on trial for manslaughter this week. FOX News contributor and George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley joins to discuss how each parent's case differs and the precedent this sets for future cases.
