Lewis Collins signed for Reading as a 15-year-old and started coming through the youth ranks at the same time as players including Tom McIntyre and Luke Southwood. He progressed to the Under 21s, but was unable to break into the first team and ended up moving to Mansfield. He talks about his experience during his time at Reading.
