Former St John’s student not shocked at racist incident

A former head boy at St John's College in Johannesburg, Nhlanhla Makenna, says the recent racism incident at the institution comes as no surprise. The college's administration has apologised to learners and parents for the pain that a teacher who has resigned has caused. The former geography teacher, Keith Arlow, was found guilty of making derogatory remarks to Black, Indian and Greek students.
