Billy Williams served as the top federal prosecutor in Oregon in the Obama and Trump administrations. Before that, he was a senior deputy district attorney in Multnomah County.

In this interview, Billy explains why, as someone who has prosecuted crimes in Oregon for 31 years, he believes Measure 110 has been a disaster for the state. We talk about how drug courts used to, before drug decriminalization, link addicts with treatment, and how Measure 110’s reliance on voluntary treatment has failed and will continue to fail.
