Today Forrest called in to share his experience with fear and his determination to persevere through the most difficult times. Forrest shares his story of growing up around other kids who had a natural talent on the athletic field and when he compared himself to them he felt like he didn’t have the raw talent they they possessed. It was at this point that Forrest made up his mind to work twice as hard at any goal that he wanted to achieve. Forrest ended up playing D1 basketball and earning 3 Letters for his achievements. He brought his hard work ethic from the lessons that he gained on the athletic fields and applied them to his entrepreneurial journey. Forrest loved creating video and film work and when someone asked him one day to film a birthday party for him it become the genesis of his own media company that grew to music videos, corporate and government contracts. Forrest talks about how it was never an easy path but the hard work and self belief, willingness to adapt and take on new challenges ultimately lead to success. Forrest talks about being a story teller and how when he removes himself and asks the right questions of his clients he is able to bring out the authentic story that represents his clients vision.
