In this episode, Drew works through Luke’s account of when four fishermen were called as Disciples. Jesus told Peter to “launch out into the deep,” which was meant literally, but there there was also a metaphorical sense in which Peter was to have faith in Jesus and become a “fisher of men.” Will we be willing to “forsake our nets” and “launch out into the deep?”
