On Monday, March 6 at 7:00 pm Scottsville’s Planning Commission will begin to review the East Village preliminary subdivision plan presented by Southern Development. The plan divides property on Blenheim, Albevanna Spring, and Pat Denis Roads into 42 lots varying is sizes from under 1.5 acres to 20 acres. There are three existing lots included in the plan that are .25 acres to .74 acres.
