The following talk was given by @missioeric. Having served for years in college ministries, @missioeric completed a doctorate in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Seminary around making support raising more equitable.

This talk is a MUST LISTEN, and something every ministry should implement immediately, even if they make no other changes to support raising.

We must move away from measuring the amount of money being raised to measuring the effort that staff are putting in. Anything less than this can border on spiritual abuse.
