On today’s episode Haili sits down with Jessica Hardial. Jessica is a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of NY. She is a proud child of immigrants and proud Latinx community member. Jessica is a LGBTQIA+ affirming social worker.

Jessica is also a school social worker in NYC. On top of that Jessica is an adjunct professor. She is also a Ph.D student studying foster care experiences.The list keeps going but Jessica is also a psychotherapist with a private practice where she specializes working with children, adolescents and families. Jessica describes her niche as working with LGBTQIA+ community members, foster care children/teens and trauma.She uses a somatic oriented approach to trauma where she can help clients connect their mind and body.
