A chat with three professional performing artist of color about their experiences through pandemic personally and professionally. Although everyone in the world had to navigate huge shifts, performing artists really had to rethink how to do their crafts during this time. The big question that we are thinking through is: "Who am I between the auditions?" "How do I nurture my authentic self as an artist and as a human?"

Kris was interested in learning about how they navigated the pivot during pandemic, what they learned, how they manage to maintain their sanity and mental health when dealing with rejections or if they aren't booking. We also explore designing an online brand and finding ways to maintain authenticity (brand alignment) both in their professional brand management, when booking gigs or marketing a product for another company.
